  • Customizable dashboards (available on all plans and suitable for all company sizes)
  • Multiple dashboards (available on our Platinum plan, and ideal for enterprise-level companies)


How to Customize Pipedrive’s Dashboard?

Your dashboard can now be configured in a way that displays only the most important data to you.

Previously, you would see every default widget – whether needed or not – in an order that could not be changed. Well, not anymore!

Now you are able to edit the dashboard with the options to rename it, hide any widget from view as well as reposition widgets in a preferred order. Making these changes is easy:

  • To rename the dashboard, click the Settings icon, followed by the pencil icon next to “Dashboard”
  • To hide a widget, simply uncheck the box next to each one that you no longer wish to appear (you can check the box again at any time if you want it to re-appear)
  • To reorder widgets, just drag and drop each one into its new position on the Dashboard

With these options, your data can be presented in exactly the way that benefits your business. Say goodbye to the cluttered and redundant metrics, and start using your Dashboard to improve your sales!

How to create multiple dashboards?

 Multiple Dashboards is a feature that’s available to Platinum plan users only. 

Until now, you could track your team’s performance in a single dashboard. And while it can be customized, you would still have to edit the dashboard each time a different set of metrics needs to be on display. Here’s where Multiple Dashboards come in!

Platinum plan subscribers are now able to create several dashboards, each one with a different name and layout.

This is especially useful for large sales teams and companies where time is of the essence, and would be better spent by analyzing good-to-go data, instead of working out how to arrange it.

You can add a new dashboard by opening the dashboards list and selecting “Add new dashboard” from the dropdown menu.

Here, you can give your dashboard a new name and select the needed widgets, with the option to move them around in any particular order.

Open the dashboards list again to switch between all of your dashboards.

We know that being able to see relevant data at any given time is vital to a healthy sales process.     This is great news and something we have been looking forward to. But I can’t seem to find the settings button in my view (I am an admin). Is it scheduled to be released later?

    We just need the customizable view – not multiple views.

      Thanks a lot for your feedback!

      Unfortunately, due to some technicals issues we are having at the moment, some companies, including yours, do not have access to our updated Pipedrive’s Statistics.

      We are currently working to get this resolved now and will enable the new Statistics version for you as quickly as is possible! We very much apologize for the delay!

    I still love the software and this is such a great move in the right direction but… so much is still missing from this dashboard.
    – I have relished in the customization of fields within my deals and tasks. That data has been so important. It would be wonderful to actually be able to use this data in our dashboards. Customizable sections would be ideal. Some companies like mine look at other information.
    The filter view has been amazing with pulling the information I need but it is an inconvenient process. Dashboards and reports would be so great. I hope you can make more updates.

      I agree – being able to use customizable fields is important for me also. Not just on Dashboards but on pipelines also. On pipelines, the total amount of deals is great. It would be awesome to be able to sum some custom fields and display at the top. On Dashboards, it would be great to run stats on selected custom fields.

  • I agree with the sentiments expressed here by others re custom fields in dashboards. As a business that is driven almost exclusively by bottom line, I need to see how much gross profit is in each deal per rep per month, and get an easy to view summary. We can define traffic light or above/below waterlines based off of that metric and a base cost per office.
    Interested to know where custom fields sits in the development queue?

    Hi Team, as other PipeDrive users mentioned, “must” for our company is to use custom fields in the dashboard & reports and filter data way we need. That’s the only solution which can make PipeDrive dashboard & reports powerful. As our company is growing, splitting data by very limited number of fields (e.g. by user, by stage) is not sufficient. Is this enhancement on your list? When we can expect implementation? Thank you very much!

    Hi Seda, I am trying to see our goals on the dashboard like how many proposal sent, proposals read etc which are pipeline stages. I can’t seem to get this onto the dashboard. How can I do it? Please assist, thanks.

    I see that most of the remarks here relate to the filtering in Statistics. Specifically the need to be able to see Pipedrive reports and dashboards based on the custom fields that company has (gross profit, industry, country etc). As a result, users can get much more sufficient statistics.

    I do agree that Statistics strongly depend on each company’s specific fields and I’m glad to let you know that this is the direction we are moving in – to let the users adapt statistics to their needs. Launching with Customizable dashboards was a move towards that particular vision and we will keep the improvement headed on this course with taking into account custom fields.

    I love pipedrive and have the whole Sales-team working on it. But this is one of the least customisable dashboards I’ve seen. Please make this a priority!
