What’s New on Pipedrive Mobile

Pipedrivers love our mobile app, which is why we’re always finding ways to make it better. Now that 2018 is upon us, we’ve compiled our sweetest mobile updates for iOS and Android in case you missed out on them!

Check Pipedrive Mail in a single view

Our Apple loving Pipedrivers can now view Mail directly in the iOS app, making it easier than ever to stay responsive while on the move. Get all the information you need from correspondence history to deal details directly in the iOS app. No app switching necessary!

In case you’re not an Apple fan, you’ll be glad to hear that our team is currently working around the clock to get Android users the same functionality in early 2018.

Mobile Update 2018

Launch the app from any link, anytime

External links to Pipedrive, whether from emails, messages, or anywhere for that matter, just became an instant gateway to your app.

Unlike our previous versions of the app, you can now click on any Pipedrive link to instantly launch our admin killing CRM. This awesome time-saving feature works on both Android and iOS.

Connect your phonebook to Pipedrive

Android users can now add contacts to our app directly from their phonebook. You can bulk add and select exactly which contacts you want to migrate, allowing you to seamlessly transfer info from your device with our savvy mobile CRM.

Say goodbye to manual data entry and let our app do the admin work for you.

See who’s calling, and who’s been called

Caller ID and call tracking Pipedrive appSeeing the bigger picture is simpler than ever now that both our iOS and Android apps support caller ID. You can now immediately see if a Pipedrive contact is calling thanks to this latest feature. Plus, our Android app takes it a step further, allowing you do the following as soon as you receive a call from a potential lead:

  • See if you have open deals with the caller.
  • Log the call to Pipedrive as soon as it’s done.
  • Receive a notification when you miss a call from a lead.

Plus, with the latest version of the Android app, incoming calls get logged too. Plus, you can now log calls made outside the Pipedrive app. Happy call logging, and we hope to bring this feature to our iOS users as soon as Apple makes it possible.

Tidy up contacts by applying filters

Android users can now filter People and Organization lists as conveniently in the app as they can on their desktop. There’s no need to stay behind your desk to stay organized, and this feature helps you stay on top of your game while on the move.

More to come in 2018

Last year was packed with plenty of new features and added functionalities, and this year we have even bigger plans for both iOS and Android. Leave nothing to chance, and be sure to an eye out for bigger and better time saving mobile updates.

  • Does “call logging” mean the call gets automatically recorded so I could review it later? Or just that it pops up for me to add a note about the call?

    • Carlos Pinho

      Hi Nate!

Your second questions is the answer. After the call, the Pipedrive app will pop up with an activity to log the call and add any comments you may have about it as a note.

  • Great updates. Although I don’t see the email tab. Is this because I’m only on Silver?

    • Lauri Laineste

Hey, Paul! If you are on iOS, then you will see Mail tab even if you are on Silver plan. Check More view. Also please make sure you are on the latest app version. Mail for Android is under development and we will start beta testing in couple of weeks. If you are on Android, then please sign up for Pipedrive Android app beta testing to get early access to Mail here: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.pipedrive

Any idea when Pipedrive will sync with my calendar?

    • Dana Coates

Yea, Pipedrive STILL doesn’t synch with Outlook Calendar. Really? This makes it very hard to get our team members to fully embrace it.

      • Michael

        Hi Dana!

We’re actively working on an Outlook Calendar integration as one of our highest priorities. It is definitively coming. I apologize as I too feel it is long overdue, but we want to make sure it’s up to our standards before we go live. 🙂

    • Michael

      Hi Jay!

I’d encourage you to reach out to our support team ( https://support.pipedrive.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005875565-How-to-contact-Pipedrive-Support ) if you haven’t already, specifying which calendar platform you’re using, and we’ll be happy to help point you in the right direction.

  • Molinda Kennedy Ramsey

If I am on the silver plan, can I utilize the mail function that is offered in Pipedrive IOS?

    • Michael

Hello Molinda, nice to see you again.

The ‘mail’ feature on iOS is available on all tiers, not specific to gold and above.

  • Grant Schwarz

Would be awesome if I could upload multiple photos on the app rather than 1 at a time and be able to scroll through the photos or at least see a thumbnail.

    • Rodrigo Mirapalheta

Hi Grant! That’s a great idea for sure. I will be passing your feedback to our Mobile team PMs. Cheers!

  • Cray

Do you expect Siri will integrate with Pipedrive contacts?

    • Nischad Utbildning

Fantastic view! think if Pipedrive can help save people’s lives !. Using CRM while driving is no elevator without Siri 🙂

    • Rodrigo Mirapalheta

Hi Cray! At the moment, there is no plan to integrate with Siri. I will be sending the feedback to our Mobile team PMs. Cheers!

  • Russell Berry

I want the map and near me function on my Ipad!

    • Rodrigo Mirapalheta

Hi Russel! If you are using the IOS app you will be able to find the map/nearby feature navigating to More>Nearby. Cheers!

    • Philip Christie

      Me too!

  • Gen Vagula

    • Eliel

  • PhilipCT

    Hi Guys:

When a new deal is assigned to a sales person, I am sending a notification email to the sales person with a link to the deal. When they open these on their phone, they open in a browser instead of the app. How can I get these links to open in the App (if it’s installed)?

The links I’m sending look like this:
