Once the two systems are connected and the Callmaker widget is embedded onto the website the integration is good to go.

  • Callmaker seems cool, but we use MightyCall and have to copy the phone number from Pipedrive and paste it into MightyCall. Then, if I’m lucky, when I return to the Pipedrive app, it asks if I want to log that call. And if I’m uber lucky, it already has the deal selected. I would REALLY love if there was a way for Pipedrive to log calls that come in through MightyCall as well… logging the call whether we answered or not.
